Pre-construction

While full construction is not scheduled to begin until 2027, we will be carrying out some pre-construction activities in preparation for that start, including onshore at our substation site near Bodelwyddan.

Over the summer of 2026 we will be continuing archaeological investigations, which will require a single lane closure on Glascoed Road, west of St Asaph Business Park, to ensure the safety of all road users as vehicles enter and exit the site.
