find out more >The Awel y Môr team is working with a Gwynedd-based skills consultant as it develops its strategy for skills and employment.
James Goodman has been working as a consultant since 2021, following 17 years in higher education where he worked in funding management, research and community engagement, and major project co-ordination across a wide variety of sectors including ocean sciences, digital, nuclear engineering, business and the arts.
He has developed a successful portfolio of work supporting the region’s universities including with Wrexham University, helping to secure £11.5m towards their advanced engineering and composites centre and has provided desk research services to the North Wales Regional Skills Partnership towards their skills and employability plan 2023-2025.
